Keep an eye on your inbox for a message from me to set up a quick chat. This is where the magic begins! We'll talk about your dreams for the shoot, what you need, and the nitty-gritty of pricing. Plus, it's a chance for us to make sure we vibe!
If we're a good fit, we'll choose a date to reserve your session. I typically book up about 2 months in advance but sometimes can squeeze in a last-minute booking. We will design your session by emailing inspiration photos to plan your shoot.
the day of the shoot
This is where the magic happens. You get to sit back and relax while being pampered by a professional hair and makeup artist. Make use of the wardrobe provided and follow specific directions so you can relax in front of the camera.
same day ordering appointment
The best part is you get to view your photos right after your session! We'll narrow them down together saving just the ones you really love, and you'll finalize your order based on the products and package that works best for your needs.
delivery of the photos
About two weeks after your session you will get to preview your retouched images. Once they are approved, I will order your products and have them shipped directly to you for your convenience!
Lisa was such a joy and so professional to work with. She was patient, gave incredible direction, and made you feel so comfortable during what could be an intimidating shoot. Her hair and makeup team also did an amazing job at creating the “look” I wanted. All I can say is wow! I was so nervous going into the photo shoot and left there beyond happy. Lisa had everything ready- hair and makeup, great music, lots of options and great atmosphere. Lisa offered styling suggestions and took into consideration my needs. She has a variety of beautiful clothing options for the shoot as well. A little more about me...
I developed a passion for photography in high school and went on to attend college for photography. I studied every photography class in community college possible and then went to The Art Institute to further my education.
Having 8 nieces and nephews and 5 children from my best friends, I was always surrounded by pregnancy. My first maternity session was 16 years ago, and I instantly fell in love with capturing the curves of a pregnant woman's body in an intimate way.
Fast forward to current day. I continue my education regularly to develop new styles and have studied with some of the best photographers in the world. I strive to take care of every client with world class service, leaving them with an amazing experience and a professional product to cherish for a lifetime.
I am an accredited photographer through The Portrait Masters and I regularly enter competitions to help hone my skills even further. Check out some of my accolades.
